Outdated Townhome Gets Complete Renovation

Dark and outdated townhome gets the entire first floor remodeled and the upstairs loft is converted to a 3rd bedroom.

The wall between the kitchen and family room was removed to create an open concept design. All new flooring was installed throughout the main living area. Kitchen was completely redesigned with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting and more.

The first floor owner's suite received a makeover as well. Fresh paint, carpeting and a feature wall was added to the bedroom. The bathroom has an expanded shower, new tub, vanity and floor.
